工作原理 Working Principle：：

突跳式温控器是小型带外壳的双金属片温控器，属接触感温式温度断电类器件，利用碟形双金属片在温度变化时瞬间跳动的原理，通过机械装置，使触点迅速动作，达到接通或断开电路的目的。其工作温度固定，不需调整；动作可靠干脆，不拉弧，使用寿命长，无电磁干扰。

Jump thermostats are housed small-size bimetal thermostat, belong to contact temperature sensing electric devices. It achieves the purpose of switching on or off in the principle of simultaneous jump of disc-type bimetal upon the temperature change, then the contact acts quickly by means of mechanical device. It boasts stable working temperature, needing no adjustment, reliable and brisk actuation, long service life, no electro-magnetic interference and so on.

1．额定电压／电流（抵抗负荷）： 250VAC 5A／10A／16A

Rated voltage/current (resistance load) : 250VAC 5A/10A/16A

2．接点电阻 ≤50mΩ（初始值）

Contact resistance: ≤50mΩ(initial value)

3．绝缘电阻端子和铝盖之间施加DC500V，100MΩ以上。

Insulation resistance: 100MΩ or more when a DC500V applied between the terminal and the cap.

4．绝缘耐压端子与铝盖之间能承受AC1500V／1min／5mA或AC1800V／1sec／5mA，无击穿、无拉弧现象。Insulation voltage resistance: It can withstand a voltage of AC1500V/1min/5mA or AC1800V/1sec/5mA between the terminal and the cap without breakdown or no arcing.

5．动作温度特性：常闭型、常开型、手动复位型、一次动作型（温度范围0～350℃）。

Operating temperature characteristics: constant close type, constant open type, manual reset type and ne-shot type（Temperature range 60～320℃）.
